How It Works
Â
1. Select Your Service
Choose the notarization service that best fits your needs: Mobile Notarization with physical documents, In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN), or Remote Online Notarization (RON).
Â
2. Schedule Your Appointment
Select an available date and time that works for your schedule. Be sure to provide accurate information regarding your document type, signer count, and witness requirements to determine the correct fee.
Â
3. Submit Your Documents (If Available)
If document upload is available during booking, submitting your documents in advance may help streamline your appointment and reduce delays. Documents can be emailed to: admin@brazosnotary.com
Â
4. Prepare for Your Appointment
All signers must have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID or U.S. Passport available at the time of the appointment. If your document requires witnesses, please ensure all witnesses are available and have valid identification.
Â
5. Complete Your Notarization
Meet with your notary using the service type you selected. Your notary will verify identities, witness signatures when required, and complete the notarization process.
Â
6. Receive Your Completed Documents
Depending on the service selected, your notarized documents will either be returned to you immediately in person or delivered electronically upon completion of the appointment.
