FOR ALL NOTARY APPOINTMENTS REGARDLESS OF THE NOTARIZATION OPTION: Please have your unsigned documents and a valid, government-issued photo ID ready. It is important that you do not sign the documents until you are in the presence of the notary.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all signers. This typically includes a driver's license, state ID card, or passport.

Mobile Notary involves meeting in person at a physical location. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is done entirely via a secure video call using your mobile phone or computer. In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) means meeting in person but signing documents digitally.

Most standard appointments take between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the complexity and number of documents being notarized.

We can meet you at mutually convenient locations such as your office, local coffee shops, libraries, hospitals, or nursing facilities. In-home appointments must be approved before booking.

Pricing is based on several factors, including the type of notarization method chosen, travel distance for mobile services, and the total number of signatures required. Please contact us for a customized quote.

Some documents require one or more witnesses in addition to notarization. If your document requires witnesses, all witnesses must be present with valid, government-issued identification. For in-person appointments, please notify us in advance if you need a witness provided. For Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments, a credible witness will be available upon request for an additional fee. Providing accurate witness information during booking helps avoid delays, rescheduling, or additional fees. **Please double-check your documents, and it will state "WITNESS" if one is needed.
